Maintenance Coordinator Buildings, Technical Asset Management

Your new role
You will have an important role in ensuring a high level of maintenance for our buildings, which support production facilities, research, and supply buildings as well as a variety of office and storage facilities.
Your role will have a significantly influence on the everyday life of many colleagues, where it is essential that the daily surroundings create a good working environment.
In your role, you can look forward to contributing to a large portfolio of tasks, including:
-Operation and maintenance of buildings and terrain
-Minor remodeling of facilities
-Development of maintenance plans
-Condition assessment of buildings
In this position, you will have a broad collaboration with internal and external partners, where constructive and professional communication helps to ensure good collaboration and relationships.
Your future team
Technical Asset Management is a part of the business area Facilities and HSE.
You will join our Buildings & Electricity team with 18 skilled colleagues who ensure the operation and strategy for buildings, electricity, and a wide range of other areas. We bring a lot of expertise and a great culture from diverse functions, experiences, and educational backgrounds.
Your colleagues and manager are always helpful and ready to support you in all matters related to your work. We work in an informal and relaxed atmosphere where we freely share ideas and collaborate in a supportive environment.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You’re a technically skilled professional who wants to work with operation and maintenance tasks. Regardless of your background, it is important that you thrive on many technical challenges in an environment with high professionalism within a global pharmaceutical company.
Our preferred candidate will have:
-A relevant education in construction engineering or a related field.
-3+ years of practical experience with building operation and maintenance.
-Great collaboration skills.
-Proficient communication skills in English and Danish – both writing and oral.
