It has the responsibility to ensure the plan preventive and predictive maintenance of all company facilities (productive and non-productive), ensuring proper operation and trying to get the absence of unplanned downtime. The head of maintenance depends on the plant manager.Functions:·Define and plan maintenance policy, with the aim of improving the preventive model and to establish operational maintenance methodologies rationally.·Ensures the correct operation of work equipment and facilities of the company.·Plan preventive and predictive maintenance of production lines, ensuring its operation.·Creates and maintains updated manuals preventive and predictive maintenance, checking maintenance.·Leadership, management and team motivation maintenance.·Coordinate processes with the production manager and other departments of the company, with the aim of designing and implementing the maintenance of each of the departments.·Together with the head of risk prevention coordinates the maintenance of machinery, equipment and facilities work to prevent accidents.·Control the budget of the department.·Propose, study and track the investments of the company.·Contributes to promoting evolution of plant organization and means (technologies) to improve overall Plant performance.·Improves process and product performance and quality in relation to the quality standards envisaged by the plant.·Supervises overall system performance agreeing the definition and implementation of preventive and routine maintenance plans with a view to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)Minimum EducationTechnical Engineer – Industrial, Mechanical, ElectricalMinimum ExperienceMore than 5 yearsMinimum Requirements-Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.-Knowledge of Construction materials properties.-Knowledge of inspection techniques.-Knowledge of HSE management systems and tools.-SAP Skills-Fluent English language-Hight communication skills.-Team work and problem solving attitude.Key Accountabilities:1. Collaborate with the Plant Manager ensuring overall equipment efficiency (OEE), optimizing the overall cost of maintenance in accordance with the budget.2. Collaborate with the Plant Manager defining maintenance policies, tools and improvement methodologies.3. Ensures the development and adequacy of plant and equipment in relation to safety and environmental legislation.4. Implements the investment plan on plant and machinery, ensuring its implementation timing and compliance with the planned costs, while ensuring correspondence of the new equipment with applicable legislation.5. Supervises compliance with budgeted maintenance costs.6. Guarantee emergency activities, coordinating personnel and external contractors.7. Verifies the adequacy of maintenance human resources and means in relation to plant requirements8. Contributes to promoting evolution of plant organization and means (technologies) to improve overall Plant performance.9. Improves process and product performance and quality in relation to the quality standards envisaged by the plant.10.Supervises overall system performance agreeing the definition and implementation of preventive and routine maintenance plans with a view to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)11.Monitors and consequently reduces industrial product costs, with particular attention to “non-quality” costs.12.Ensure the carrying out of maintenance activities in accordance with the safety legislation / Maintenance strategy.
