Join our dynamic team where innovation, support, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.As a Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in evolving our maintenance strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of our systems. You will work closely with diverse teams across the business (Operations, Sourcing, Industrial), optimizing maintenance plans, and much more.Your responsibilities will include integrating data from operations to improve our services and assisting in the implementation of advanced diagnostic tools such as trainscanner functionalities.What We’re Looking For:

  • Active participation in the Services Engineering network
  • Optimization of the scope and tasks related to the Maintenance plan
  • Analysis of data from Operations to inform experience-based improvements
  • Support in developing work instructions and processes from maintenance plans and manuals
  • Efficient parts codification in accordance with Platform rules and quality standards
  • Implementation of product modifications to enhance reliability and serviceability
  • Innovation through R&D programs and new technologies in maintenance projects

About YouWe believe that passion and attitude are more important than experience. While we don’t expect you to have every skill, here are some that will help you succeed and grow in this role: * Degree in Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of maintenance operations in the rail or similar industry
  • Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Familiarity with technical documentation management and maintenance planning
  • Certification in project management or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize maintenance processes
  • Proactive approach to safety and obsolescence management
