• Evaluate and improve internal control systems to minimize financial risks. This project may include conducting audits and developing risk management strategies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze spending patterns, and improve operational efficiency. This project may involve turning these findings into a business case with improvement proposals.
• Preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Focused on gathering data from various departments and developing models to predict future financial performance.

Working with deadlines is crucial: in addition to major project deadlines, you will also achieve interim results. Planning, handling time pressure, and switching flexibly are essential. • Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in Economics, Management, or Finance;
• A maximum of 2 years of work experience.
• Excellent language skills of both Dutch and English.
• Curious and entrepreneurial mindset – if you see something that can be improved or done differently, we want to hear about it!
• Extra experience, such as an international internship, board year, and/or volunteer work, is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and refined MSExcel skills.
