Manager Environmental compliancy and sustainability – Are you the expertise manager with affinity for Environmental Compliance & Sustainability who we are looking for?As Manager Environmental compliancy and sustainability you are looking for a challenge and you get energy to really make a difference in a complex environment by taking responsibility and maintaining the high EHS & ESG standards within ASML.About ASMLASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry and provide chipmakers with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Organization is responsible for the transfer of knowledge and qualification of the ASML infrastructure, installation and buildings at our sites. We are looking for an expertise manager to support our local CRE organization in the Netherlands.Your new roleAs Manager Environmental compliancy and sustainability you are responsible to support the CRE organization in the Netherlands to maintain and extend our license to operate in a responsible way for the environment.

• Manage requiring and apply the necessary permits (e.g. environmental permits) and adherence to legal requirements;
• Drive compliance program (EHS and ESG laws and regulations) and maintain Compliancy register;
• Initiate and drive environmental and sustainability (ESG) improvement projects;
• Manage ESG/sustainability reporting process;
• Act as focal point towards local authorities;
• Collecting, analyzing and reporting environmental data;
• Advice to other ASML (EHS) departments.

Your profileEnvironment and compliance are your passion and with your skills, especially leadership and communication skills, you know how to get things done.

• You have a bachelor degree in Environmental or Legal studies;
• 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a development or high tech organization. Experienced in applications for permits;
• You have knowledge of European / Dutch regulations, ESG, CSRD, BREEAM;
• You have good analytical problem-solving skills;
• You are a strong communicator, open, honest and respectful in your communication with others.
