The Manager Procurement Business Partnering acts as the procurement SPOC for the regional and local business, managing the Procurement performance and delivery, challenging demand requirements, supporting innovation and coordinating project implementation . Provides procurement technical expertise and advice to key stakeholders, including procurement planning and development. Implements procurement plans and strategies to meet business needs and enhance stakeholder engagement.

Implements all procurement projects , including sourcing, contracts, cost reductions and sustainability projects. Manage an effective interaction and collaboration with Sustainable Procurement, Supply Management, Center of Excellence and Operational Procurement teams.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute strategic planning & targets: Interact with business leaders to understand their needs and manage the demand, work closely with them to implement objectives and deliver them together

• Translates the regional and local needs and demand to the Procurement Teams, works in close working relationship with Supply Management

• Integrate Procurement sustainability strategy and plans

• Challenge requirements and needs with stakeholders

• Connect goals and targets to financial results

• Category Strategy Planning: Get visibility on business demand & specifications, coordinate projects deployment, understand Category Strategies & map buying channels (with Supply Management), review annual forecast and execute long term innovations

• Sourcing Strategy: Assess sourcing opportunities and develop demand & supply profiles

• S2C (Source to Contract): Define supplier discovery & selection criteria with the business, participate in sourcing event selection and participate in supplier selection & negotiation, in coordination with Supply Management

• Project implementation: Realize demand opportunities and ideate innovation initiatives, implement sourcing outcomes, Sustainable Procurement projects and cost reduction initiatives

• Analyse data and financial reports to advice the business

• Provide relevant information to other BIC stakeholders when needed to comply with their responsibilities

• Perform all business partnering activities for Packaging Engineering

Your Qualifications:

• Engineer/Procurement/Business adm. /Multiple procurement category knowledge

• BS + Master (optional)

• At least +3/+5 years of experience in Procurement

• High English level and another European language

• Ability to effectively present information, influence , persuade

• Strong communication skills & Team spirit
