We are looking for you, if you:
- have knowledge and experience in wellbeing strategy building and in the area of social responsibility (CSR) as well as health and safety,
- have at least a few years of experience in managing a team,
- are able to communicate in English to a level that ensures free communication in speech and writing (minimum level C1),
- are an independent and proactive person in action,
- have experience in working in an international company,
- are able to organize your own and your team’s work,
- are an open and communicative person.
You’ll get extra points for:
- projects of implementation of wellbeing and CSR strategies,
- authorization under the Council of Ministers’ Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety Service of September 2, 1997,
- knowledge of CSR strategies in the IT and/or Shared Services Centers industry,
- experience in managing CSR and employee volunteer projects,
- knowledge of ESG.
Your responsibilities:
- develop and implement short- and long-term strategies in the areas of occupational safety, wellbeing and CSR,
- management of a subordinate team of Experts,
- collaborate with various teams in the organization (HR, Facilities, Real Estate, Communication etc.) and corporate structures,
- reporting KPIs for three areas: Health & Safety, Wellbeing and CSR,
- budget planning and monitoring
- monitoring market trends in the areas of Wellbeing and CSR, and changes in health and safety regulations
Information about the squad:The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Team is a dynamic team in the Business Support Cluster/Supporting Functions Area, which, in addition to activities resulting from health and safety regulations, deals with wellbeing programs and implements the CSR strategy for ING Hubs Poland. The team has won many awards for the implemented wellbeing programs, which it continues to develop consistently.The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Expert Lead Health, Safety & Wellbeing II”.
