- You will work with leading IAM products and technologies from SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, CyberArk, etc.
- You will work with client (senior) management to assess, design and implement stainable solutions, operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks in the field of identity governance and access management.
- You will analyze processes, documentation, and workflows through interviews with staff performing security and human resource related duties, develop gap analysis and identify and prioritize process improvements based on current risk of components adding professional insight.
- You will analyze IAM capabilities, playbooks and documentation and work with client staff to implement sustainable improvements. Facilitate table-top exercises and work with client staff to develop a plan for remediation and improvements.
- You will plan engagement objectives, strategize to comply with professional standards, and mitigate risks inherent in the engagement.
- Review work performed by the engagement team and maintain relationships with client account leadership to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and services to be delivered.
- You will demonstrate excellent project management skills, promote teamwork and individual accountability with engagement team members, and use available technology, tools, and KPMG assets to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.

- You have +5 years of professional experience working in the IAM field and supporting services underneath.
- You have a no-nonsense approach when participating in internal or external conversations.
- You are open and honest about your successes and failures. Learning is an important part of our job.
- You have an appetite for entrepreneurship and enjoy working projects end-to-end.
- You are Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
- Professional cybersecurity relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM, and/or working knowledge of SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD are considered a plus.
- You are familiar with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions, PKI concepts, etc.).
