QA & QP Manager – Exciting Opportunity in Hasselt, Belgium

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled QA & QP Manager to directly join their dynamic team based in Hasselt, Belgium. In this crucial role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and safety of the products, acting as the Principal QP and Main RP. As the QA Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a talented team of approximately 5 individuals, with 4 direct reports.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage the quality assurance processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines such as GMP and GDP.
– Lead a team of professionals in the development and implementation of quality strategies to maintain the high standards of product quality and safety.
– Act as the Principal QP and Main RP, providing guidance and support to team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Requirements:
– QP certified with multiple years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
– Proven track record in direct people management, demonstrating strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving quality initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

– Fluency in Dutch and English
