Job DescriptionManufacturing Operatives / General Operatives/ Production Operatives / Assembly Operatives / Technical OperativesWe are seeking to recruit for multiple roles for a Portlaoise based manufacturing company.Roles available immediately and will be a permanent role after probationDay Shift options and evening shift options available.We are interested in applications for the following:
- Mechanical Assembly
- Electrical Assembly
- Plumbing / Refrigeration.
- Experience in using hand held power tools will be necessary.
- Manual handling will be required as part of the role and you must be physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks to include lifting, push, pulling, carrying loads.
- Overtime may be required occasionally.
- Able to communicate and work with people in various departments.
- A good general knowledge and ability to operate safely and efficiently is required.
- Previous factory experience would be desirable.
- A Person with mechanical knowledge would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
- Essential that Person is in a position to get to and from the factory on time
- Good work references are required to be considered for the role.
- Must have permission to work and reside in Ireland.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Working day shift from 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on Friday.
- If working a fixed evening shift the role will be from 4.30pm to 1am (Monday to Friday)
