The position

Reporting into the External Affairs Director NN Greece, the key purpose of this senior and critical position is to run the pricing, HTA and negotiation process for Greece & Cyprus.

You will ensure the implementation of the company’s pricing policy and administers the corporate price database. Securing timely patient access to products and services is critical to help prevent complications and ensure the commercial success.
 

Among your responsibilities, you will provide Market analysis, and propose recommendations based on pharma expenditure and trends. In this sense, your negotiation skills will be vital.

In this role, you will:

-Review and analyze pricing risks related to reference pricing or new regulations and identify in advance upcoming price changes for existing products.
-Monitor and report key-facts and trends at national level to exploit opportunities and to mitigate pricing threats.
-Handle objections and liaise with external Affiliates for pricing issues.
-Be responsible for developing local reimbursement dossier and taking actions on new pricing and reimbursement related legislations. 
-Guide and train Market Access professional person.
 

Qualifications
You have a degree level or equivalent in Health, Health Economics, Law, or other relevant sciences.

The ideal candidate will have:

-Fluency in both Greek and English language (oral and written).
-Strong analytical skills and can turn various inputs into clear and concise conclusions.
-Demonstrable track record of broad-based market access/policy/pharmaceutical experience from an in-house and/or agency environment with 7-10 years of experience with HTA, pricing & Reimbursement within the Greek territory.
-Excellent understanding of Market Access and the pharma Greek environment with proven experience of successful pre-launch market access launch planning.
-High level of Excel. Understanding of IRP Mechanisms is an additional asset.
 

As a person, you are strongly communicative and can negotiate easily at all levels, as well as you are able to work in a systematic and structured way.

External Affairs is increasingly important in the business organization, responsible for providing fast access of Novo Nordisk products to patients in Greece. You will join a team of 6 highly skilled professionals, responsible for the Market access, Public & Governmental Affairs and Novo Nordisk image in Greece.
