The role will be responsible for:
– Conducting research and analysis of the reference market in its broadest sense, providing advice and general outlooks to anticipate trends, challenges, and opportunities in support of strategic decision-making.
– Ensuring that constantly updated market information is shared with relevant stakeholders across the Division.Main Responsibilities
– Maintain a strong strategic intelligence repository.
– Develop and refine mid-to-long term demand forecast models for civil/parapublic and military vehicles, rotary unmanned platforms, and fast rotorcraft, segmented by OEM, market segment, and geography.
– Produce “Competitive Scenario” reports as required by Corporate, and contribute to the “Strategic Plan” and “Competitive Benchmarking” documents.
– Monitor competitor program developments and define and maintain relevant KPIs for high-level competitive assessments.
– Enhance existing market analysis tools through the use of advanced analytics and innovative approaches (e.g., scenario analysis, statistical analysis, AI).
– Improve current Power BI dashboards related to market analysis and develop new ones.
– Support the development and implementation of the Strategic Intelligence Portal.
– Contribute to dedicated Business Plans or Business Development initiatives, including country-specific analyses.
– In collaboration with the Governance team, review and update the current Support & Services forecast model to identify areas of potential business growth.Requirements
– Strong analytical skills
– Advanced knowledge of Excel (including add-ons)
– Basic knowledge of advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R)
– Advanced knowledge of Power BI or other BI reporting tools
– Knowledge of database management
– Interest in markets and B2B business environments
– Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
– Master’s degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Logistics, Mathematical, etc.) or Mathematics
– Proficiency in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level)What is offered:
