Salary: £31,500
Contract: 14 months Maternity Cover, Starting June
Hours: 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
Based at: Elm Tree Court, Devizes and some home working available

Critical to achieving Wiltshire Wildlife Trust’s aims to support nature’s recovery, help people
connect with nature and live more sustainably, this is an exciting post offering the
opportunity to manage and influence the engagement of our many stakeholders with our
conservation work and messages. This post offers a lot of scope to develop high profile
marketing, communications and advocacy to our varied audiences. By helping build and protect
our brand you will be able to grow our reach and influence across Wiltshire, Swindon and
beyond. The role holder will have the reward of inspiring people and organisations to support
and take action for conservation, sustainability and the benefit of communities where we work.
We are looking for an experienced marketing and communications professional with a demonstrable
interest in and passion for the environment. An ability to contribute to and implement
marketing and communications plans, campaigns and appeals that help deliver the charity’s
strategic aims is essential. The successful candidate will be innovative, creative, confident
and able to seize the initiative, working calmly under pressure to manage multiple deadlines.
We are looking for a strong and diplomatic communicator who can inspire and help diversify
audiences at all levels by creating compelling content tailored to their interests and needs.
The appointee will be a good relationship builder who is familiar with working with external
agents to deliver publications and other materials.
