Marketing Coordinator (6-month Contract) – icebreaker

icebreaker is looking for an exceptional Marketing Coordinator (6-month Contract) to join our EMEA SOUTH Marketing team based in Annecy, France.

Working with what nature provides and adapting as nature does, the brand enables consumers to join a movement towards a more natural way of living by taking unnecessary plastic out of performance apparel.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Working closely with the EMEA Marketing Manager to develop and execute wholesale marketing campaigns across EMEA SOUTH (France, Switzerland, Italy and Spain).

  • Working closely with the local commercial sales teams to support relationships with strategically significant wholesale partners/KA (both offline and online).

  • Developing marketing plans, detailing execution across all channels to generate demand, enhance engagement across consumer touchpoint and increase conversion.

  • Working with third-party agencies to execute seasonal account marketing campaigns plans at local level (in-store set up, events, ..).

  • Coordinating local PR agencies to ensure seasonal product pushes and receive support for local marketing activations, including new openings and events.

  • Monitoring marketing activities & results, to increase ROAS and optimising budget expenditures while increase sell-through.

  • Coordinating wholesale bespoke projects for KA (such as pop-ups, shop-in-shops) and ensure their high-quality execution throughout the year.

  • Tracking and monitoring COOP and WHLS production budget, to ensure compliance with company-approved figures.

Skills for success :

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in Marketing roles.

  • Previous professional experience gained working in the wholesale channel.

  • Excellent organisational skills.

  • Strategic and solution driven with an excellent understanding of how to successfully achieve KPIs.

  • Language: Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Notions of other languages would be a plus.
