Yamaha Music Europe is looking for a Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Business Solutions to drive the growth of our Pro Audio B2B business across Europe, focusing on installed sound markets such as AV conferencing, hospitality, education, and retail. Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Business Solutions – Pro Audio Your duties: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans tailored to Business Solutions verticals across Europe Drive awareness and growth for our Pro Audio product portfolio in the AV installation market Support sales enablement for our distribution and system integrator partners Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, and digital content Manage PR activities and media relations across Europe with agencies and internal stakeholders Coordinate customer events, trade shows, and product demos, including setup and brand representation Create compelling product and application content (case studies, configuration examples, white papers) Lead the planning and delivery of Audioversity training, both in-person and online Act as the key liaison for editors, associations, and industry bodies (e.g. education, corporate AV markets) Analyze market trends and provide insight-based recommendations to internal teams Collaborate on lead generation, CRM activities (Salesforce), and performance tracking Manage allocated marketing budgets and partner agency coordination Your profile: We’re looking for a strategic person with hands-on marketing experience and an interest in professional audio technology: Degree in marketing, communications, audio engineering, or a related field Proven track record in B2B marketing, ideally in AV, Pro Audio, or installation industries Strong understanding of the customer journey, particularly in education, conferencing, or hospitality markets Good project and campaign management skills, with experience in digital and physical channels Confident in public speaking, training delivery, and product presentations Skilled in content creation, social media, and press/PR activities Experience with tools like Salesforce, CMS platforms, social media, and video content tools Willingness to travel across Europe for events, meetings, and training delivery Business fluent in English; (French, Spanish, German and other European languages are a plus) Structured and collaborative mindset We offer: An internationally active company that is characterized by sustainable action for the environment, customers and employees A competitive, attractive product range An international, committed team with a strong team spirit Work-life balance through a 38.5-hour week, our flextime model and the option of mobile working 30 days of paid leave per year Fair remuneration based on collective agreements including Christmas and holiday bonuses plus performance-related bonuses Possibility of a company pension scheme Subsidy for public transport Individual training opportunities Contact: If you are interested in this position, please submit your application including your earliest possible start date and salary expectations via our online application form.
