About The Role:
The Marketing Operations intern will join our dynamic marketing team within the Neuromodulation division, an exciting and rapidly growing field that uses innovative techniques to improve lives of patients suffering from several neurological diseases.
The candidate will report to the Marketing Director, and will work very closely with the Marketing Operations Lead
and having significant exposure to various aspects of the team, primarily focusing on content Management, also with the possibility to gain experience in competitive insights and advanced marketing analytics, including ROI, event impact, and divisional KPIs.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

-Provide basic user support for the Literature and Advertising Review Process, including training users on primary content management platforms (APPROVE & DISTRIBUTE) and assisting with tracking deadlines under supervision.
-Contribute to process improvement initiatives by gathering feedback and supporting measurement activities for the submission process.
-Collaborate with the team to help ensure marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements, including updates related to EU MDR, new product launches, and patient/referral-facing materials.
-Help content owners maintain platforms by assisting with inventories, checking compliance status, and tracking material expirations for timely updates or replacements.
-Assist in organizing and publishing content to downstream channels, such as the Sales Enablement Platform, and support content navigation and tagging efforts.
-Help troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
-Join alignment meetings with the global team to stay updated on content management platform developments.
-Support calls with EMEA teams to align on project requirements and updates.
-Assist in managing ESPRESSO (internal communication channel) by helping prepare and release the weekly divisional newsletter.
What Are We Looking For in You:

-Graduated on a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration or related field.
-Proficiency level of English, additional language(s) is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Organizational and project management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to expand relationships.
-Adaptable and fast learner: able to absorb new tools, processes and approaches that will be exposed to.
-Creativity and ability to think outside the box and to approach problems from diverse perspectives.
-Good graphic skills is a plus.
