We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead to join us in our Eastern Europe Immunology team, based in our office in Prague, Czech Republic

About the role

The Marketing Solutions Lead is accountable for all solutions (projects and activities) in his area. The activities can be either locally initiated and implemented or part of the EU plan and initiated by the EU Strategic Operations.

The Marketing Solutions Lead is:

-The liaison between the EU Strat Ops and the area for all strategies and different stakeholders’ plans.
-The driver of the localization and implementation of the area strategy and action plan in partnership with the Area Head and the ESL.
-Responsible for the brand plan, its execution from the x-functional team and the launch of the brand (depending on lifecycle stage)

The Marketing Solutions Lead represents a category of roles that ensure a holistic approach in delivering a high level of value for patients, HCPs and Payers and requires a strong collaboration with the Medical Strategy Lead or Field Medical Lead.

The Marketing Solutions Lead reports to Integrated Solutions Lead and is part of the EU community of  Solutions Leads.   

 

What you’ll do

Key Activities & Deliverables:

Solutions – Development and implementation of area solutions

-Provide LPVUs with impactful patient value solutions for implementation

-Localize centrally developed EU solutions for the Area in line with local ecosystems insights, requirements and drivers (e.g. Onboarding; etc);
-Develop local ecosystem specific solutions in line with ecosystem drivers.
-Partner and co-create with external stakeholders’ key projects that will drive patient value in the respective ecosystems
-Align with the Medical Strategy Lead to ensure the highest scientific standards of the solutions deployed in the area.
-Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local PV teams. Measure value and impact.

Planning – Drive annual planning processes

-Lead cross-functional development of the Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP)

-Share global strategies and EU priorities to area Leadership team
-Ensure area local ecosystem PVBPs are aligned with global strategies and regional priorities
-Ensure area and local ecosystem PVBPs initiatives are optimally balanced to drive maximum patient value from a Patient Environment’s point of view
-Drive the execution of PVBP within local PVUs
-Drive excellence usage of different channels through local omni-channel strategy, planning and solution development
-Implement the PVBPs in based Ecosystem

Plays in important role in DBT (digital business transformation) in the area and supports the implementation of innovative digital solutions
.

-Develop the Launch Plan for the new assets and coordinates the cross functional collaboration and activities of the Launch team.

Connectivity – Link between EU Strat Ops, area xPVU LT and local PVUs

-Area voice and representative in relevant EU Strat Ops communities
-Link between EU Strat Ops, Area and LPVUs in respect of insight collection and their translations into solutions
-Orchestrate LPVUs on how to roll out EU and Area solutions
-Actively contribute to EU communities, networks and project teams, when applicable, via insights collected through area activities and projects

Key Stakeholders:

Internal

-Area PVU LT (e.g., Ecosystem Leads, Medical Strategy Lead, Field Medical Lead, Solution Leads and Area Head)
-Local Patient Value Unit (HCP Partners, MSLs & Payers Partners)
-EU Strat Ops Team
-Ethics&Compliance  for compliance validation of external materials/initiatives

External

-KOLs, individual HCPs and payers to ensure Solutions developed drive meaningful and impactful value delivery for patients and stakeholders

Patients / Patient Associations / Advocacy Group representatives

Safety obligations (Pharmacovigilence)

-Actively collaborates with local Safety staff to ensure a pharmacovigilance compliance for those activities that require involvement, guidance and support from LSO and Deputy.
-Communicates any digital initiative, Patient Support Programs or Market Research Programs to be implemented at the affiliates level, to local Safety staff.
-As member of the affiliate, part of Pharmacovigilance system, during the audits/inspection, participates actively and contributes to the successful outcome if they are required.
 

I

education, experience
and
skills

–7-10 years in stakeholder facing roles within healthcare
-Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required
-Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams
-Knowledge of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines
-Proven cross functional project team’s leadership
-Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
-Fluent in English
-Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers
-Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution
