Orange is the next generation telecom operator on the Belgian and Luxembourgish market.Interested to join?Then you might be glad to know that we are looking for a passionate Customer Value Proposition Manager to join our Consumer Business Unit Marketing Division.As CVP Manager, you will be part of a team that, day after day, is contributing directly to the development and implementation of our ambitious strategy. You will play a central role between numerous divisions within Orange Belgium & Orange Group.Your job in a nutshell?You define the marketing vision and strategy for the device & smart home value propositions with the purpose to increase market penetration, revenues, and customer satisfaction:
- Based on consumer and market trends, you develop new products and services or adapt existing ones.
- You translate identified customer needs into innovative approaches.
- You ensure optimal Customer Journey at every touchpoint.
- You balance actions to optimise budget, spending and contribution.
- You follow results and if necessary revises plans according to the market fluctuations.
You are fully empowered. You lead the validation & implementation of value proposals end-to-end. You conduct presentations to C-level.You have major interactions with several other divisions including finance, legal, market intelligence, go-to-market & sales, customer service and with Orange Group.Your profile?Above all, we are looking for a strong personality with a leadership mindset.
- You combine a master degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch and English.
- You have a talent for clear communication, negotiation and diplomacy with excellent presentation skills up to Senior Level.
- You have a strategic view and you are a persuasive gregarious natural leader.
- You have analytical abilities and strong business acumen and you are result driven.
