Then you could be the new expert we need to our Experience Orchestration team.Be part of the movement – and play your part.About the roleWe are looking for a MarTech Data Specialist to help us move forward our already advanced digital analytics tracking setup and transform how we orchestrate and activate user data.As a MarTech Data Specialist, you will leverage your unique skill set to contribute to our Experience Orchestration team. You will partner with stakeholders across departments, create value through data-centric projects, and help shape our data-driven culture.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining our digital analytics implementations across our digital touchpoints
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to understand and translate business goals into data requirements and tracking specifications
  • Assisting in the configuration, expansion, and maintenance of our event-driven data activation through our CDP and CRM
  • Ensuring high-quality, readily available sales and marketing data marts for consumption from BigQuery, while respecting data governance and consent/permissions
  • Supporting the implementation of privacy-compliant event tracking capabilities and standardizing data collection and quality through data contracts.

The ideal candidate is technically curious, experienced in automation, and has a track record of creating value for an organization through data. You are someone who is up for a challenge and who thrives in the face of complex problems. You are confident in presenting your own ideas to a group of stakeholders.While we are targeting a wide range of skill sets, we would like your foundation to include:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, International Business and Marketing, or a related field
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as MarTech Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Specialist, Solution Engineer, or AI & Data Strategist
  • Experience with digital analytics, customer data platforms, marketing automation and activation platforms, BigQuery or a similar data warehouse, and tracking tools like Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with coding languages such as JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R
  • Solid communication skills in English.

Prior experience with marketing platforms such as Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics, Facebook, and LinkedIn, or working in a large enterprise interfacing with various departments and roles, will be beneficial.We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity.
