Flowserve is looking for a material planner for Grigny’s QRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Draw up quotations for pump repairs.
  • Enter and follow up customer orders in our computer system (SAP).
  • Preparation, follow-up and follow-up of internal/external supplier orders.
  • Updating invoicing forecasts and reporting.
  • Support safety-related initiatives, such as organising talks, safety committees, 6S application and safety maturity.
  • Continuously develop and maintain the necessary relationships for missions’ proper execution within Flowserve organization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of pump and seal applications.
  • Determination to achieve results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze large volumes of data.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and balance priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, time management and deadlines.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) and our ERP (SAP).
