What You’ll Do:
– Oversee and coordinate maintenance and operations within a Critical Environment.
– Ensure the integrity and reliability of High Voltage (HV) systems.
– Lead a team of skilled technicians, maintaining operational excellence on a continental shift pattern.
– Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
– Uphold safety, compliance, and performance standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in a Critical Environment (e.g. Data Centres, Banks, Power Plants).
– Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with High Voltage (HV) systems.
– Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a dynamic team.
– Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
– Relevant qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
