If you are external and apply, your application will not be considered at this time.The Measurement & Verification Analyst will support the collection and validation of energy consumption data across a range of utilities, ensuring data completeness and accuracy.Job DescriptionResponsibilities will include working with stakeholders to gather key variable data such as occupancy levels, solar generation, or production output, as required by the M&V Manager.You will also assist in the preparation of client reports and support ad-hoc analysis or project work as needed. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, with an interest in sustainability, data analysis, and energy efficiency reporting.Key Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in energy consumption data and relevant parameters such as occupancy, on-site energy generation, and EV charging data.
  • Download Heating & Cooling Degree Day data and maintain master spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to support the M&V
  • Manager in producing savings reports for Energy Optimisation Projects.
  • Assist in developing new reporting tools for the M&V Manager and Energy Optimisation team.
  • Manage and resolve queries related to energy data and reporting.
  • Flag sites with consistently high energy consumption (above regression modelling) to the M&V Manager for investigation.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties to support the wider team and demonstrate willingness to undertake industry-accredited training.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable analysing large datasets and suggesting improvements to processes.
  • Familiarity with IPMVP and/or energy data collector portals is advantageous (training and CMVP qualification support provided).
  • Open to change, with a proactive approach to suggesting new methodologies.
