• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building services industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Experience in drafting and basic knowledge of:
• Mechanical building services design and installation.
• Industry standards for mechanical systems.
• Vendor documentation and technical specifications.
• Survey data and tie-in requirements.
• Full clean driving license and Irish construction experience.

Mechanical Project Manager Skills:

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of mechanical systems for a range of projects.
• Perform technical submittals, reviews, and preparation of detailed engineering documents.
• Coordinate with Design Teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with EHS policies.
• Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
• Support procurement activities by preparing and reviewing equipment and materials lists.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, reporting any potential issues.
• Stay updated with industry standards and implement best practices in project execution.
