Job description

Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer (M+E) with a mechanical bias preferred for one of our clients based in Nottingham. This is a permanent position with interviews commencing ASAPThe role includes:

• Managing the outsourced Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract
• Providing technical expertise and support to the Facilities Operations Managers
• Overseeing the maintenance and operation of plant rooms and ensuring compliance with statutory and mandatory requirements
• Travel across the estate as required, with a base in Nottingham

Candidate Requirements:

• A minimum Level 3 City & Guilds qualification
• Proven experience working within large-scale organisations and managing PPM service providers/contracts
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and facilities operations
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Role Benefits:

• Salary: £43,710 – £47,260 (top of the banding available for the right candidate)
• Holidays: 39 days + bank holidays
• Pension: 19.27% employer contribution (~6% employee contribution)
• Mileage: Paid at £0.45 per mile for travel between sites
