Medical AuditorLocation: WarszawaWork in the Group Internal Medical Audit Team covers a wide range of the company’s international medical activities. Participation in the implementation of modern and innovative projects within the scope of tasks performed by the Internal Medical Audit Team of the Medicover Group. Possibility of individual development based on diverse tasks within the scope of Team and Company activities.The Medical Auditor in this position will be responsible for:

  • Supporting of the Group Head of Medical Audit in conducting medical audits and the activities of the medical audit team, identifying medical risks and key control points, as well as in assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the medical audit system during audit visits to units.
  • Conducting risk assessments in medical audit processes within established dates/schedules.
  • Periodic reporting and presentation of the status of open medical audits in an established form.
  • Collecting, developing and conducting preliminary analysis of data under the supervision of the Group Head of Medical Audit.
  • Preparing and/or collecting appropriate documentation presenting the scope of the assessment, the basis for the selection of tests performed and their results, including those related to access to personal and confidential data processed as part of individual medical/clinical processes that are the subject of control activities.
  • Conducting and documenting medical audits under the supervision of the Group Head of Medical Audit, preparing Excel sheets and other documents containing numerical information from the audited areas.
  • Supporting the Medical Audit Team in data analysis, support in formulating opinions on medical activities and the results of audited areas.
  • Supporting the Medical Audit Team in follow-up activities and assessment of corrective actions taken by management, including the management of the audited entities.
  • Maintaining the medical audit database and related records, files and documentation storage systems for the purposes of the Medical Audit.
  • Participating in the medical risk assessment process conducted by the Group Medical Audit Team.
  • Participating in any additional special projects carried out by the Group Medical Audit Team.
  • Other work assigned by superiors.

Expectations towards candidates:

  • Experience in conducting medical audits, preparing statistics and reports in medical area
  • Audits analytical skills and the ability to interpret medical data based on medical processes and activities
  • Ability to analyse medical data and audits reports
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Power Platform (MS Excel; MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of medical activities based on processes and treatment in the hospitals, ambulatory clinics and clinical laboratories
  • Data visualization skills based on activities carried out
  • Very good organization of own work
  • Creativity, independence and initiative in action
  • English at B2 level – a requirement due to the international working environment.
  • Occasional travel outside Poland will be required
