Professionals that we empower to became leaders of change and to build meaningful careers.Your missionDesign and drive the short and long-term medical strategy of the subsidiary, ensuring the creation of internal and external value, generation and communication of scientific evidence in alignment with business objectives and priorities.Responsibilities
- Define and agree on the annual objectives of the medical area aligned with local and global strategy.
- Lead and drive the definition of medical strategy and activities for different therapeutic areas and strategic products, encouraging early execution of an evidence generation strategy through partnerships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, real-world evidence (RWE) studies, and innovative/exploratory design studies based on co-creation.
- Eventually lead a corporate product as Med Lead.
- Maintain and evolve standards of medical-scientific excellence in the affiliate by developing and attracting talent, deploying a training program that enhances capabilities to build an agile, innovative, and collaborative team.
- Build and facilitate cross-functional work between different areas through collaboration, co-creation, and leadership when necessary.
- Ensure medical training needs and affiliate projects are covered, ensuring adequate promotion of marketed products, as well as pre-launch trainings.
- Develop an updated and segmented stakeholder map by therapeutic area/product, ensuring bidirectional transmission of information to generate medical insights that contribute to better disease management and patient outcomes.
- Ensure the medical team adequately reviews and approves materials and promotional activities from a medical perspective in line with compliance and local regulations.
- Represent the Company in scientific activities with internal or external clients.
- Manage and optimize medical area resources ensuring adherence to the forecast.
- Point of contact with corporate (directly managed) areas such as pharmacovigilance, ethics, and compliance.

RequirementsWhat you’ll need to succeedYou will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity and optimism.You will rock at this role if you match with:
- +5 years of previous experience as Medical Director or Medical Manager
- +2 years managing people.
- Degree in Medicine preferably. We will also consider Doctoral Degree in Health Sciences.
- Previous experience in different medical affairs areas and related as: medical information, MSL, CRA, pharmacovigilance …
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
