Our Client is a global, dynamically growing, family-owned pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative treatments for neurological disorders, movement disorders, and other chronic health conditions. For its Polish affiliate we are currently seeking motivated professionals for the position of: Medical Manager.Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the local medical strategy for Botulinum Neurotoxin and other relevant therapeutic areas.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date understanding of disease states, clinical information, and product data.
- Serve as the primary scientific liaison for external stakeholders, including KOLs, and healthcare professionals.
- Support and provide scientific training to internal teams.
- Act as the medical representative in cross-functional collaborations with regulatory, marketing, and market access teams.
- Provide medical expertise in company-sponsored research, post-marketing surveillance, and real-world evidence generation.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulations, and company policies.
- Support local and regional medical education programs.
- Identify, collaborate and be the first point of contact with Patients’ associations.
- Lead small team of Medical Liaison Managers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Pharmacy (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry within a medical affairs or related role.
- Experience in a field-based medical affairs role.
- Track record in developing and delivering medical education programs.
- Experience with clinical trials, GCP, and collaboration with CROs and/or local clinical trial sites.
- Pharmacovigilance experience with the ability to act as pharmacovigilance contact person in the Polish organization.

- Ability to define, execute, and optimize medical strategies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to deliver impactful scientific presentations to both internal and external audiences.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to navigate challenges and changing environments.
- Fluency in Polish and English is mandatory.
- Additional knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
