Job Purpose:As Medical Project Manager, you will support the Hematology Medical Affairs Team by:

  • Ensuring the in-house end-to-end process delivery of medical projects (including planning, tracking, developing, and executing activities according to timelines and budget) (including cross-functional input and requirements such as compliance, pharma governance, legal) according to the medical brand plan, such as a patient support programme, advisory boards, consultancies, steering committees, scientific workshops, scientific meetings, grants, collaborative projects & other formats. These projects aim to address care gaps & unmet medical needs.
  • You will also be responsible for the development of local content & the localisation of global content used by the medical external facing teams or by external experts.
  • You will be involved in the generation of insights by analysis of the feedback coming from the external stakeholders and the implementation of the insight’s framework.
  • Supporting the role-out of GSK internal medical projects, meetings, and trainings.

You will work in close collaboration with the Medical Affairs Manager, the Medical Affairs manager, the Medical Science Liaison team, the Country Medical Director.
You will report to the Medical Affairs Lead Oncology & Hematology.Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for acquiring/maintaining an optimal level of knowledge of GSK tools and systems

(e.g., Veeva vault, AIM). * Fully understand and comply with GSK standards and policies and with local codes of practice, guidelines, laws to ensure the strictest requirements are met.

  • Foster a collaborative working relationship with Pharma governance, legal, compliance and commercial colleagues to ensure that the delivered projects are meeting the legal & company requirements and are aligned to the business expectations.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge in the evolving scientific / therapeutic areas, the related GSK medicines & vaccines, and the competitor medicines & vaccines.
  • Provide support in logistic processes (including contracts) and digital journeys for medical activities, such as advisory board, 1 to 1 consultancy, medical meeting, grant, internal medical meeting.
  • Act as the interface between the Medical Affairs Manager and the Medical Science Liaison team to bring value-added activities that will be rolled out externally (by the external facing medical colleagues), including adaptation of local & global scientific content if agreed with the Medical Affairs Manager.

Why You?Basic qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent,

AND

  • at least 2-3 years of applicable experience within clinical/health care, pharmaceutical industry, project management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possesses advanced/expert level of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook),
  • Experience in project management and vendor management,
  • Excellent organizational skills and proven track record of proactive problem solving and strong tactical execution,
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
