At the Operating Unit HP DENOR, steered out of Copenhagen, we are dedicated to deliver health to humans in Denmark and Norway.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a talented and highly motivated Medical Student Assistant, approx. 15 hours per week. As a Medical Student, you will be a part of the medical team at Boehringer Ingelheim Denmark, which is a dynamic department that handles a broad range of tasks. We have a large interface internally covering two countries: Denmark and Norway. Your main task will be working independently with administration, contracting, reporting and miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks. The job is focused on administrative tasks and will give you great insight into the business of a pharmaceutical company.
This position is based in Copenhagen and reports directly to the Medical Director.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administrative handling of contracts and invoices related to projects in general practice.
  • Reporting data in internal systems.
  • Close collaboration with project managers regarding ad hoc tasks.
  • Continuous dialogue with other teams.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAMYou are studying pharmacy or something similar at bachelor level. In addition, it is an advantage if you:

  • Are confident in communicating in Danish and English, Norwegian is plus.
  • Can keep an overview of complex processes and prioritizing in a busy workday.
  • Take initiative and work independently in close collaboration with the colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
