We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic intern to join our team. The internship term is 6-months, with the option to extend for an additional 3 months. Your main responsibilities will be to support the Member Relations team and the wider business with data analysis, research, and customer support.The intern’s main responsibilities within the Member Relations team encompass:

  • Supporting the Member Relations team with customer engagement;
  • Collecting and analyzing company ESG data that form part of GRESB’s datasets;
  • Presenting data in a clear and structure way to best inform internal teams and customers;
  • Undertaking research on the wider Real Estate and Infrastructure markets to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Collaborating with other teams to provide data analysis and research on an ad hoc basis.

GRESB’s internship program offers interns the chance to gain exposure to a range of aspects of GRESB’s work and to obtain experience in a growing organization that is at the forefront of ESG. GRESB interns have gone on to successful careers inside the company and at other organizations.The role offers the successful candidates an opportunity to gain exposure to sustainability reporting in the real asset industry as well as the current and forthcoming ESG regulations.The candidate will ideally be able to start mid-May, 2024, in Amsterdam.You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants from outside the EU.Requirements

  • An academic background in a relevant field, such as real estate, infrastructure, business, economics, finance, geography, environmental science or sustainability;
  • You are currently enrolled as a student or graduated within the last 12 months;
  • Interested in ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) issues and sustainability;
  • Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated to innovate and learn;
  • Team player who is eager to learn from colleagues and who thrives in an international environment;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills: Fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not required;
  • Strong data analytics skills and experience using tools such as Excel and Tableau;
  • Experience in coding is desirable but not necessary;
  • A client-focused mindset with a desire to provide the best possible outcomes for GRESB Members;
  • You are eligible to work in the Netherlands. We don’t support visa applications for applicants from outside the EU;
  • You are able to commit to a six-month full-time (40 hour/week) internship
