- Mental Health Practitioner / Social Worker Band 6
- North Manchester
- The role involves holding a complex case load of 30-36 service users who have enduring or severe mental health problems or significnt care act needs due to their mental health who meet the CPA criteria
- Working ini a deprived area where there are high levels of homelessness and substance misuse
- Working therapeutically with their case load, providing packages of care, managing significant risk, working flexibly to respond to urgent work an referrals, carry out CMHT assessments and support the duty / assessment system.
- ASAP
- 4 months (3-4 days a week)
- Up to £25 per hour depending on experience
Requirements
- Essential: Experience working in mental health
- Desirable: Experience of working in community setting – CMHT / home treatment
- Experience of the Paris System
- Good knowledge of the mental health act
- Postgraduate qualification
- DBS or Police Check
- Registered with relevant goverment body (HCPC)
