About the role ????️
Vestiaire Collective seeks a Merchandising Analytics Intern to assist the Senior
Merchandising Analytics and Insight Manager in providing data-driven insights to the Global Merchandising Team.
The intern will work with the team to create and manage dashboards, analyze supply and demand, optimise the customer journey, manage automation and scalability, manage merchandising operations, and analyse customer insights.
They will also support the team in developing a comprehensive understanding of commercial, pricing, and marketing campaigns to optimize merchandising decisions.
What you’ll be doing ????
- Assist in creating and managing dashboards for home page analytics, browsing behaviour, campaign performance, and other key metrics to provide insights into customer behaviour and drive business decisions.
- Assist in understanding the reasons behind changes in key performance indicators (KPIs) and coordinating with regional teams to communicate these KPIs, understand reasons, and prepare actions.
- Help develop a comprehensive understanding of our commercial, pricing, and marketing campaigns to optimize merchandising decisions.
- Analyze the customer journey onsite to understand the effectiveness of different mechanisms in boosting traffic and campaigns, such as push notifications and in-app messaging. Assist in assessing demand based in other regions and analyzing the top-performing supply.
- Support in providing insights to regions on highlighting the top-performing supply in their campaigns and curation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that supply is accurately represented on the website.
- Work with regional teams to optimize supply and demand based on customer preferences and trends.
- Assist in identifying different user groups and designing campaigns that address their needs.
- Utilize customer insights to inform and improve commercial campaigns and promotions.
Who you are ⭐
- Currently doing a master’s degree in engineering School or Business School
- Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must; and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a strong plus.
- Be structured, detail-oriented, a fast learner, and motivated by E-commerce, Sustainability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Enjoy working as a team player and learning from others.
- An interest and knowledge in Fashion / Luxury industry
- Fluent in English
