Job description
Role: Microsoft ConsultantYour Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand and define their business processes and requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Assist in testing solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Ensure user documentation is in place.
- Adhere to Company ISO standards and systems for all client communication.
Your Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business analysis or information technology.
- Minimum of three years in a business analyst or functional consultant role.
- In-depth experience with Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CE is a must
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in gathering and managing requirements and user stories on Azure DevOps or similar.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple project requirements simultaneously.
