Mobile Advanced Plumber – Gloucester, England – Facilities Management – £40,000 DOEA New Year Means New Career Opportunities! An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading facilities management company at their prestigious blue-chip client site in Gloucester, England. This role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to maintaining a high standard of service in a top-tier environment.

• Full time permanent role
• Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 5 pm – 40 h ours
• Fully Expensed Van
• £40,000 DOE

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems – (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets, such as booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters.
• Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
• Reporting any defects and answering in queries
• Keeping a log of inspection reports and remedial work.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience within a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment.
• Must Hold relevant qualifications C&G Level 3 or Level 5 / NVQ or HNC equivalent.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
• Full UK Driving License
