We are currently looking for an experienced maintenance electrician to join an established team supporting PPM and reactive maintenance in Belfast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician who is passionate about domestic and commercial electrical maintenance, periodic inspection and testing, rewiring, fuse board upgrades, and smoke alarm installations.

Package Include:

* Salary from GBP35,000 – GBP37,000 per annum
* Mobile ,Van and Fuel Card
* Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in domestic and commercial properties.
* Conduct periodic inspection and testing of domestic dwellings.
* Carry out rewiring, upgrading, and replacing faulty wiring.
* Install smoke alarms and upgrade fuse boards.
* Provide excellent customer service and communication.

Requirements:

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
* 18th Edition Qualification
* CSR card
* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection and Testing
* Domestic or commercial electrical experience
* Valid UK Driver’s License
