The position

The role of a Mobility Project Manager is a new position, which will give you the opportunity to

leverage your experience and further develop your knowledge and skills within mobility
.

In this role you will be responsible for setting and achieving goals for your projects based on business needs.
In this role, the success is brought through effective collaboration with colleagues across departments, being open-minded and focused on innovation and developing new solutions supporting business needs.

As a Mobility Project Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

-Support the development of our mobility strategy and drive strategic mobility initiatives.
-Identify innovative mobility solutions and generate new ideas to solve business needs through analysis and design thinking.
-Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated mobility solutions.
-Develop and evolve Global Mobility Policies to meet the needs of our global organization.
-Manage the annual compensation review process to ensure fair and competitive compensation for our mobile employees.
 

This is a hybrid position, with 3 days a week working from the office in Warsaw, Poland.

Qualifications 

You should have at least 4-6 years of experience in supporting business needs and employee mobility in a multinational company, which has given you a comprehensive understanding how to manage evolving business demands
and w

hat it takes to run mobility programs successfully in a global organization. With this experience you are now ready to take your career to the next level by leveraging your skills to drive the development of mobility programs.

To be successful in the role, you present the following qualifications:

-Ability to think strategically and develop solutions to business challenges.
-Strong project management skills and experience in implementing change.
-Analytical skills and ability data-driven insights to business decisions.
-Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Fluency in the English written and spoken language.
-Master’s degree in business, HR, or a related field.

Additionally, we will see you as a person who is organised and able to generate new ideas within the scope of current practices by foreseeing potential business challenges and thinking strategically. Someone, who can develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to achieve successful outcomes.

We work closely with regional and local P&O heads, HR business partners, and leadership teams to develop and implement innovative mobility solutions that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
