We are hiring a passionate and certified Lead Toddler Guide (Teacher) to nurture children aged 2-3 in a Montessori environment designed for independence, exploration, and growth.

Your Role

As a Lead Guide, you will:

• Carefully prepare an engaging environment that fosters independence
• Offer individualized support, guiding children through activities and practical life skills
• Cultivate confidence and self-reliance in every child
• Collaborate with parents to ensure the best care for each child

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in French or English
• Montessori diploma (0-3 years) required
• Experience working with children aged 0-3 in group settings
• Passion for child-led education
