Job Description:The jobholder will be accountable for deliver on time, on cost and on quality the following items:1) Training Courses related with the Maintenance domain for MRTT in different specialities (Military Difference Course, Engine Run Up, etc) under the Training Delivery team from TASTO2 siglum.2) Support as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for the validation and acceptance of the MRTT Training Material tools as the CBT and the Virtual Trainer tool.3) Support as SME during training meetings/conferences with the different stakegholders on the domain of maintenance training (Program Office, squadron leader of the end customer, authorities, etc).4) Support as SME all the implementation and modification of the instructors habiltation processes regardining the maintenance training.5) Support as SME any kind of audit/meeting with local/european authorities in the framework of a new request for approval under the perimeter of EASA or PERAM 147.6) To take part, and to support the correct operation and delivery of training from the 147 organization in Airbus DS looking for synergies with the rest of colleges from LTA and A400M aircrafts.7) To support as SME, whatever new offer to be prepared for the TASTO3 Training Courses Delivery team.The tasks and main responsibilities will include:
– To assess on the training needs for new and actual customers.– To train customers (higlhy tecahing skills required).
– To facilitate collaboration within the training team and customers.
– To maintain products/services quality in MRTT trainng services.
– To develop effective presentations for the audience.
– To contribute to MRTT Business Growth when neccesary.
– To participate in operative meetings with customers by analysing customers´’ training needs in order to provide training solutions in accordance with our services.– To support techniccal discussion in front of the civil or military local authorities (AESA, DGAM, MAANLD, DSAE, etc) or the customer program office insi Airbus DS if needed.Requirements:
– Aircraft Maintenance Tehcniccian/Maintenance Licensed Engineer (TMA/LMA). Others extra licenses would be a plus (i.e. pilot license for private aircrafts, dornes, etc).– Previous experience in Human Factors and EWIS courses.– Demostrated experience in teaching skills as instructor.– Experience in other AIRBUS platforms or families (i.e. A320).
– At least 2 years of experience working in the MRTT Training Services envelope.– Experienced on Engine Run Up courses (TREND700).– Experienced on MRTT maintenance systems for EVS and ARBS.– Expereinced on the EMAR/PERAM regulation.
– Clearly customer and goals oriented (“to make it fly”).
– Team working skills in multicultural environment.
– Able to work under pressure, showing some flexibilty when required.
– Able to travel to ADS or customer facilities (usually military Air Bases) as per training courses requirements.– Experience,, at least 3 years, on dealing with MRTT customers on the training environment (i.e. training discussions, dealings, etc).
– Experience in face to face meetings/discussion/negotiations with ADS customers.
– Communication skills in both spanish and english.
– Capacity to innovate and generate new ideas over the actual WoW.
– Product quality oriented.
