NR REF.: 1189360As an MSL for Poland & CEE, you will play a crucial role in guiding the safe and effective use of our therapies. You will engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs), provide medical education, and support our commercial and R&D departments. Your responsibilities will include therapy training, medical support, and research support, focusing on our therapies.
Key Responsibilities:
Therapy Training:

  • Guide the safe and effective use of our therapies.
  • Engage HCPs with on-label product and procedural training.
  • Teach medical education and internal training courses.
  • Provide educational support to commercial and R&D departments.
  • Offer refresher training to users not achieving desired outcomes.

Medical Support:

  • Build and manage professional relationships with external experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Understand medical/scientific barriers affecting patient outcomes.
  • Stay updated on ongoing research, new evidence, and practice changes.
  • Teach clinical evidence in a non-biased manner.
  • Communicate clinical evidence and key evidence gaps to HCPs.
  • Execute medical plans and communicate technical and clinical data.
  • Create a territory plan to identify KOLs for clinical insights.
  • Support EEs at medical meetings and congresses.
  • Gather field medical intelligence affecting therapy safety/efficacy.
  • Communicate knowledge to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide congress support and communicate accurate information.

Research Support:

  • Assist with company-sponsored clinical trials.
  • Identify and support clinical trial sites.
  • Address issues affecting patient recruitment and data quality.
  • Recommend research sites for patient enrolment and quality data.
  • Support principal investigators with patient recruitment and data quality.
  • Discover and champion novel investigator-initiated studies.
  • Provide updates on study progress and medical/scientific insights.
  • Ensure ethical and professional standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:
Technical Skills:

  • Scientific clinical research knowledge.
  • Ability to extract insights from clinical data.
  • Demonstrated scientific and medical acumen, preferably with a publication record.
  • Clinical acumen with patient or healthcare experience.
  • Ability to master new therapeutic areas.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and web-based support tools.
  • Fluent in English; additional language preferred.

  • Excellent presentation and platform skills.
  • Desire for continuous scientific, technical, and medical learning.
  • Strong teaching acumen with a focus on practical learning.

Education and Experience:

  • University degree in life sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, or Nursing – Masters or above).
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Life Sciences industry, preferably as an MSL.
