  • Being first point of contact for B2B partners (e-mails, phone calls)
  • Checking incoming information about client contracts,pricing, etc.
  • Provide exceptional support for clients with high understanding and communication skills
  • Cooperating with other departments (e.g. sales)
  • Managing orders for a specific region
  • Focusing on the transactional success of the order entry and its quality

Our business partner is looking for new Multilingual Customer Service Representatives and IT Helpdesk Analysts. If you are interested in the field of Customer Care and working in a fast paced environment and you have excellent communication and problem solving skills then our offer is for you!

  • Full professional proficiency in English and any of the following languages: French, German, Hebrew, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Ability to keep deadlines whilst identifying errors and recommend process enhancements
  • You are a customer focused team player with attention to details and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and illustrate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Must be eligible to work in Hungary (European citizenship or residence permit)
