Your Impact

-You will lead a team of Regional Sales Managers, driving the development and monitoring of annual business plans and commercial campaigns
-You will collaborate with the Distribution Management team in consolidating the dealer network
-You will identify and optimize growth opportunities for sales and market share through market analysis and customer relationship management
-You will drive growth projects, support dealers in exploring new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction
-You will prepare budgets and commercial programs to achieve objectives while meeting margin and cost requirements
-You will monitor dealer performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions when necessary
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-BAC+5 degree in agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering or a or a related field
-At least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery industry, with a strong understanding of the dealer environment
-Strong financial and business acumen
-Proven mastery of commercial techniques, including negotiation, sales cycle management and closing
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, effective across all levels of seniority
-Fluent in verbal and written English communication
-High willingness to travel, up to 30%
