As a Treasury Data Analyst, you will be integral to our Treasury team, providing advanced analytical support to drive our financial strategies and decision-making processes. This role demands a deep understanding of data analytics applied to cash management, risk assessment, and financial optimization. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor and a strategic mindset to enhance our treasury operations, supporting sustainable growth and efficiency.What You’ll Do
Develop Data-Driven Insights: Generate actionable insights from complex financial datasets, using advanced statistical techniques to guide treasury strategies.
Design and Analyze Financial Models: Create and refine financial models to predict trends, assess risk, and evaluate the financial implications of potential strategies.
KPI and Metrics Development: Collaborate with treasury and finance leaders to define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other critical financial metrics that gauge operational success.
Cultivate a Data-Driven Culture: Promote data literacy within the treasury team, developing tools and practices that enhance transparency and decision-making across financial operations
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
If M.S. degree, a minimum of 1+ years of related industry experience required.
If Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 2+ years of related industry experience, preferably in a treasury or financial analysis role.
Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.
Experienced with financial modeling tools such as Excel and financial visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
Enthusiasm about Uber!About the Team
