Network & Performance Manager (Maternity Cover) – DHL eCommerce Nordic.DHL eCommerce Nordic is seeking a Network & Performance Manager for a maternity cover.In this role, you will support our organization and customers with performance updates, data analysis, trendspotting, and issue resolution.You will collaborate with colleagues across customer service, implementation, and sales in the Nordics and our Head Office in Bonn.Most importantly you will receive thorough onboarding and training and work closely with our other Network & Performance Manager.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network and customer performance.
- Identify root causes of customer-specific issues and propose changes using First Choice/lean principles.
- Collaborate with injection points/terminals and partner operations to ensure excellent customer performance.
- Serve as the local superuser of performance reporting and monitoring tools.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities:
- Work closely with the Sales team to maintain and develop customer relationships.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, internal, and external partners.
- Participate in joint customer calls and visits.
- Propose process changes where needed.
- Create and analyze performance reports.
- Handle and communicate daily backlog reporting and network issues internally and externally.
- Actively participate in Cross-Border Solution performance calls.
- Create and maintain SOPs for dedicated customers.
- Analyze customer volumes during hyper care periods for new and existing customers.
- Development of DHL eCommerce reporting
- Monitoring of injected volumes and by this collaborate with terminals in regards to volume expectations
Key Competencies:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service or backline support.
- Knowledge of the transportation industry is an advantage.
- A can-do attitude.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Great negotiation skills and persistence
- Customer Centrix mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Danish and English (verbal/written).Strong Excel skills and understanding Swedish & German would benefit you.
