Job Description:A vacancy for a NG PLM Solution Train Engineer for 3D Xperience business function(d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe (Spain).It is an exciting time to join the Information Management (IM) Team. IM is the Information Technology (IT) business enabler and unique IM Business Partner for Airbus Defence and Space. As a central function, IM is involved in all business processes and enables technical as well as Management careers. IM covers a wide range of state-of-the-art technologies and positions ranging from IT infrastructure, application support to governance or strategic consultancy.As a Solution Train Engineer (STE), you will be in the front line to shape innovative digital Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools that accelerate our goal of reduced product development lead time for our new generation of European defense weapon systems at Airbus.
With the moto “building the things right”, the position owner will be integrated into our 3D Experience SAFe teams toPreparation of Product Increment Planning ceremoniesOrchestrate the DevOp deployments of all test-, qualification.- training and prod platforms of 3dxSteer and scheduling the integration of the bugfixes, PP and FD’sLead the archiecture team to streamline architecture needs with the 3dx evolutionQualify the harmonised access management (PnO)Manage non-functional requirements & complianceDefine and prioritize EnablersMain tasks and responsibilities will vary upon assignment but may include:As STE you will lead the integrated plannning of 3DX One Platform technical releases together with all Airbus group divisionsPair with agile release trains (ART) and scrum teams to achieve common deliverablesEnsure that components of the technical architecture, including interface design, are properly integrated and described.Provide technical excellence, support, and quality throughout all stages of projectsPartner with all technical departments in the selection of new applications, technologies and solutionsHelp progress our DevOps initiatives and methodologies in sensitive and protected environments.Develop, promote, and teach best practices about security and digital continuity architecturePerform code and quality reviewsLearn leading-edge architecture methods and practicesWe are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:Master degree in IT or Bachelor degree in IT with work experienceSAFe, Agile engineeringProcess practices in large solutions or release trainsExcel in fast-paced, results-oriented environmentExperience in 3DX developmentsExperience with performance and failure analysesFamiliarity with continuous integration and DevOP deploymentFamiliarity with computer science fundamentalsAptitude to learn new technologyComply with data security and data protectionPassionate personalityStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)German/Spanish is a plusWHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
