We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?We’re looking for Junior Application Development/support engineers with between 1 to 3 years of experience in Node.js and/or TypeScript who can monitor, develop, and provide support for our international offices on Azure platform applications.Good communication skills are needed as you will be managing meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders.It’s 24 x 7 Process oriented operations, SOPs to resolve user problems, as well as to prepare, launch, troubleshoot campaigns and reports.100% remote position for people located in Spain.Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in KT sessions and workshops, effectively communicates, and shares knowledge with teammates .
• Assists the other service levels in understanding hand offs, POCs for each application area, by domain or tech stack specialization.
• Monitor and provide proactive support responds.
• Create and maintain documentation for supported applications.
• Maintain logs of all issues and resolutions for all production processes.
• Coordinate with various teams and raise support ticket for all issues and escalate when required.
• Understand the complete process of the application and suggest possible enhancements to avoid future issues.
• Implement best practices on the on-going process and reduce the process timing to avoid overlap between the processes.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least Diploma/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Computers, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 Year(s) of working experience with Node.js and/or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• PostgreSQL.
• Cloud providers: Azure Tools, specially Azure DevOps.
• Git.
• Experience of understanding customers, managing incidents and meeting business expectations.
• Experience or knowledge in ITIL Standards.
• Able to communicate well with client and support over email , teams and call (if required).
• English at least C1.
