• Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Proactively resolve client inquiries and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to improve service delivery and client experiences.
• Stay informed about product offerings and industry insights to provide relevant assistance to clients.

Requirements:

• Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
