• Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients.
• Promote a positive working environment and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Fluency in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; additional languages are a benefit.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Open to relocating to Bali and immersing yourself in a new cultural experience.
