- Supports the development of sustainable filter design and manufacturing to ensure fast and high-quality market entry.
- Manages the relationship between the Filters Innovation Centre and the Hungarian team for the transfer of knowledge on new products and processes.
- Ensures that products meet customer expectations and that processes operate within budget.
- Manages the new product introduction process.
- Ensures that team members meet deadlines.
- Maintains communication with stakeholders and provides regular updates.
- Assists with managing customer orders and introducing new products.
- Coordinates the market launch of new products.
- Leads a team of 2-3 people.
- Prepares reports.
