Reporting to the Technical Manager, the resource will be involved in the following tasks and activities:
- Focused on nuclear technologies, fission and fusion as well
- Analysis of nuclear design standards and codes, determination of engineering requirements
- Interface with multi-disciplinary engineers’ team
- Contribution on CFD multi-physics dynamic model development for cooling / heating processes
- Analysis of systems’ energy production capacity, analysis of the users’ energy demand, with focus on green energy transition strategy
- Requirements determination of energy systems in terms of modularization and coupling
- Research programs management on nuclear technologies and energy systems modularization and coupling
Requirements:
- Nuclear engineer with plant and thermohydraulic background
- PhD in nuclear field: advisable
- Fluent English
- Teamwork attitude
- Attitude to problem solving and propensity for innovation
Job location:
- Turin office based
- Available to trips and job at Techfem premise, in Italy and European countries
