Office Administrator (Co Kilkenny)Our client, a family run logistics company currently have an opening for an Office Administrator within their team on a permanent basis. This company pride themselves in providing superior customer service to their clients.Duties:
- Handling telephone and email inquiries from customers.
- Preparing offers and documentation packs.
- Overseeing the dispatch of goods and preparing delivery dockets.
- Invoicing clients.
- Data entry.
- Scheduling of orders to ensure orders are picked and shipped within requested timeframe.
- Processing purchase orders and payments.
- Any other Office Administration duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
