Office Administrator (Co Kilkenny)Our client, a family run logistics company currently have an opening for an Office Administrator within their team on a permanent basis. This company pride themselves in providing superior customer service to their clients.Duties:

  • Handling telephone and email inquiries from customers.
  • Preparing offers and documentation packs.
  • Overseeing the dispatch of goods and preparing delivery dockets.
  • Invoicing clients.
  • Data entry.
  • Scheduling of orders to ensure orders are picked and shipped within requested timeframe.
  • Processing purchase orders and payments.
  • Any other Office Administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administration role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
